What happens if the weather is bad?
Light rain doesn't usually affect professional window cleaning. If severe weather makes it unsafe to work, we'll rearrange your clean to an alternative date that suits you.
Can I leave the cleaning round?
Yes. If you decide to stop your regular window cleaning service, simply let us know and we'll confirm your last clean.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?
Contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to inspect the work. We'll then rectify any genuine workmanship issues at no additional cost. That's our Service Guarantee.
