Can you get rid of black spot lichen?

How long does a patio clean take?
This completely depends on the surface area and the level of build-up. It's worth noting that we would need access to an outside tap and somewhere for the run-off to drain.
When's the best time of year to clean a patio?
Spring, before the garden furniture comes out, is the classic slot, but any dry spell works. If slippery algae is the problem, don't wait for summer. It's at its most dangerous in the wet months.
Do you clean driveways and paths too?
